Shipped Within 24 Hours

Despatch is aimed to within 24 hours with final destination arrival no more than 48 hours thereafter to all major Centres; but allow 72 working hours for Islands and Remote Areas. Receipt of Weekend Orders are despatched the following Monday.

Where we deliver and Payments

For all Product Orders there is a shipping fee of $35.00. Orders received before 11am EST will see a same day despatch. Orders received after 11am EST will be despatched during the following business day.  There will be no supply destination arrivals during National Holidays and neither on any Monday.

Despatches are confined to the Continental United States and Puerto Rico whereas Alaska and Hawaii will attract a Supply Surcharge at $45. We will not entertain Supplies to PO boxes.

As all Shipping Movements are via FEDEX Overnight and marked “Priority” as these are perishable items; a signature is requested upon Parcel Handout to Recipient.

At no time is the FEDEX driver permitted to leave Parcels on Doorsteps if there is nobody to accept parcel. The FEDEX driver will return with said parcel to base with Recipient having to re-arrange and liaise with the FEDEX Office for a Re-Delivery.

Any special Events, Birthdays, Marriages etc. we recommend to plan for your order Arrival a week prior to that Festive Date.

After parcel despatch has been lodged with FEDEX and accepted for Despatch, 1stCaviar will facilitate you with the relevant tracking number; same though will not be active until midnight on day of shipment.

It ought to be noted that all will be beyond our control once parcel has left 1stCaviar USA Warehouse, neither do we have any influence over final destination arrival hereafter. Arrival will and / or may well be subject to weather conditions, nationwide disproportionate shipping volumes and / or other peripheral issues, all beyond our control and accountability.

Once we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email. We ship with USPS and FedEx. When possible, we will send you a tracking number as provided by the shipping carrier.

Shipments depart Monday throughout Saturday by 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Products ordered after noon are shipped next day.

We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the shipper’s tracking number which you are provided when a parcel ships. If you are shipping internationally or opt for expedited shipping, the rate charged is based on the weight of your products and your location.
