Absolutely, yes. FirstCaviar insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Because we want to make sure you receive your products, we require that you sign for goods delivered. At that point, you become responsible for the pieces. However, if the pieces are to be delivered to someone other than yourself, then signature by the recipient at the specified delivery address constitutes for delivery by FirstCaviar and responsibility for the product is transferred at that point.

While we pay for shipping, any additional customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will be charged to the customer.

We are confident that you will love and want to keep our products. Nevertheless, you have 14 days to try it out with everything in your closet. If it doesn’t work out, email us at orders@firstcaviar.com and we will sort it out for you. 

Any Claim resulting from received Consignment must be submitted within 24 hours to orders@firstcaviar.com including the delivery receipt / order number / FEDEX Tracking No. etc. and by indicating a legitimate reason for this action. Our Service Team will duly communicate with you within 24 hours during weekdays of Monday through to Friday.

For all returns, we urge you to keep all packaging fully intact. As soon as we have examined and perused your claim and same hereafter accepted by 1stCaviar.com product will automatically be re-transacted to you. A Credit will not be issued if items are unsatisfactorily and / or partially discarded or consumed..

Unless the products are damaged or defective, we will not be able to exchange these items. Please email us at orders@firstcaviar.com so we can arrange it for you.
